Domain Registration Information

Electronic Communities Ltd is an Accredited Channel Partner of Nominet allowing us to register .uk suffix domain names on behalf of our clients. As part of this accreditation process we are required to publish the following information.

Customer Service Level

We will respond to domain-related queries from our clients within at least 3 days, although usually this will be significantly quicker.

Complaints Policy

If you have a complaint regarding our domain registration services we ask you in the first instance to let us know by emailing domains@ecomltd.co.uk or by telephone at the number published on our home page.

If upon receiving a response to your complaint you are still disatisfied with our service, and if your complaint is regarding a .uk suffix domain name, you are entitled to make a formal complaint about us to Nominet (the .uk registry) at the following URL: http://www.nominet.uk/resources/complaints/.

Abuse of our services

If you believe that somebody is misusing our services, for example using a domain registered by us for sending phising scams, spam emails, etc, kindly raise the issue with us by sending an email to domains@ecomltd.co.uk. All complaints will be dealt with in the strictest confidence and with the upmost urgency.

We aim to respond within a maximum of 3 business days and resolve all issues within 5 working days.
